OKI ES3640e Fatal Error :- Turn Power Printer main switch to Off, unplug machine from Mains AC supply, wait 20 seconds plug machine back into AC supply, turn machine back on wait for machine to come to ready, if error message persists machine requires service call contact 01293 537827
OKI ES3640e Jamming (no paper found inside m/c)

This is very common, when paper is reloaded, the cassette paper rear stop is knocked out of position. Ensure that the blue paper guides are in the correct position.
